Formats for Windows CE

I don't have a Windows CE device yet, but in my searching for information for the Palm, I found that basically Microsoft has a format for the Windows CE device called the lit format for their Microsoft reader software. Apparently these lit files can be created with their reader software. As I want this site to be for all handheld devices I will try to find out more about it in the future.

Microsoft LIT - To the best of my understanding this is the format Microsoft uses. Also to the best of my understanding you can get a converter for Word will let you make a one way conversion from a Word document to a lit file, but not the other way around. Again, I don't like having to have a program like Word to make ebooks, because Word is expensive.

Peanut - There is a version of the peanut reader for Windows CE, so I take that to mean any Peanut pdb file can be read on Windows CE devices too.

Adobe (PDF) - Adobe makes a version of their PDF reader software for Windows CE devices.
